About Composio

At Composio, we are building infrastructure that lets AI agents communicate with the tools people use for work, including GitHub, Gmail, Notion, Salesforce, and many more. We are a small team working on the messy problems between agents and real-world software: context, auth, tools, search, permissions, reliability, and developer experience. The goal is simple: make Composio the most capable bridge between agents and the tools they need to get work done.

We raised a $25M Series A from Lightspeed, with angels including Guillermo Rauch (CEO of Vercel), Dharmesh Shah (CTO of HubSpot), and Gokul Rajaram. We have 500K+ customers ranging from individual developers to YC teams to companies like Glean, Zoom, AWS, Airtable and more.

About the role

We’re hiring Business Development Representatives to join our founding BDR team and help shape the future of how companies adopt Composio. As part of our BDR team, you’ll turn high inbound interest and targeted outbound demand into qualified opportunities and create an exceptional first-touch experiences for prospects.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams to automate list building, enrichment, and outreach freeing you to focus entirely on high-impact prospecting and conversations with teams exploring agentic AI.

What makes this role different: you will drive pipeline and revenue while learning to leverage AI, automation, and Composio itself to become a next-generation GTM operator.

What you'll do

  • Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, communities, and events, uncovering fit, urgency, and potential value fast

  • Build targeted outbound lists and research accounts deeply enough to write specific, relevant outreach that doesn't read like a template

  • Partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified meetings and ensure a smooth buyer experience from first touch through discovery

  • Use Composio's own platform and modern sales tools to automate list building, enrichment, and sequencing, so you spend your time on conversations, not data entry

  • Capture and share insights from the field to sharpen our sales plays, messaging, and product roadmap

  • Experiment with new channels, triggers, and sequences, and treat outreach as a craft and improve it continuously

"Must haves"

If you are smart, hungry and coachable, nothing is a must per se. But the strongest candidates will show:

  • 1–2 years in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role in SaaS or tech, or exceptional drive and curiosity if you're earlier in your career

  • Clear, confident communication: you can engage both developers and practitioners

  • A genuine interest in AI tools and modern GTM: you've already started experimenting, not just reading about it

  • Comfort with ambiguity: you can follow a repeatable process while improving it at the same time

  • Persistent, organized, and positive: you follow up, follow through, and bring energy to every interaction

Benefits include

  • Competitive salary, commission, and equity

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Flexible time off

  • AI/tooling stipend

  • High-agency environment with direct access to founders, engineering, and product

Equal opportunity

Composio is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, disability status, or any other protected characteristic.
