We are the top media company in sales behind the #1 sales podcast (3M+ downloads per year) and bestselling book, Cold Calling Sucks (And That's Why It Works).

And as the Enablement Customer Success Manager, you’ll help world class sales organizations get to President’s Club via our enablement program that teaches reps everything from cold calling to discovery to negotiation.

This is a 0:1 role with huge upside reporting directly into the founder (me, Armand!).

If you’re a student of the game of sales, have sales/CS/enablement experience… keep reading.

Let’s get every single one of these teams to President’s Club.

You’ll help teams rollout 30MPC frameworks, beat revenue targets, and expand accounts:

  • Help Teams Get to President’s Club: You’ll guide teams through the 30MPC enablement curriculum, planning quarterly sprints to close every sales skill gap from cold calling to close.

  • Be Enablement For Enablement: You’ll support enablement leads and frontline managers by teaching them the frameworks, helping them apply them in the real world, and coaching through roadblocks so the training actually sticks.

  • Retaining and Expanding Customers: You’ll run QBRs, quantify customer results, and identify opportunities to expand customers in partnership with sales.

  • Build This Function 0:1: You’ll help us build the enablement program 0:1 including everything from designing the customer lifecycle to the training program itself.

Why Join Us?

  • If you want responsibility and ownership on day 1... you’ll be right at home joining our scrappy team of 10.

  • If you love building relationships and helping people solve real problems... we push the envelope on world-class customer experience.

  • If you want to help build a new revenue line inside the #1 sales media company... you’ll touch more parts of the business than you would in a traditional corporate CSM job.

Experience: Up for the job? We’re looking for someone with 1 of 2 backgrounds:

  • Sales Enablement Professional: You’ve run enablement programs and rollouts that involved teaching sales skills beyond product knowledge.

  • CSM with Sales Experience: You know how to master a product domain and use that to expand customers and maximize revenue retention (minimum 1 year sales XP required)

Core Skills: You’ll nail this job if…

  • You geek out about the craft of sales and love to teach others the game.

  • You’ve got executive presence to level with a senior sales leader and get them to commit to changing behavior with their reps.

  • You’re comfortable in early stage ambiguity where you’ll be responsible for building the customer journey and influencing the product roadmap.

Location & Compensation

  • Hybrid in New York (3 days in office)

  • Compensation Range: $105-145k (commensurate with experience)
