About the roleAs our Founding Customer Success Manager, you will design and run how OpenArt supports its most important enterprise customers, before and after the sale.
Post-sales responsibilities will include onboarding, training, support, and revenue expansion. Pre-sales responsibilities may include demonstrations, security reviews, and proposals.
As the founding CSM, you’ll help develop the playbook and systems for this critical function.

What You'll DoOwn post-sale customer success: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
Assist with pre-sale engagement with our largest and most important customers
Help customers integrate OpenArt into their creative workflows and daily work - from campaign visuals to character and IP development
Drive product adoption across our core customer profiles: brand and marketing teams, agencies, and studios
Communicate new feature and product updates
Track usage and customer signals to help customers get more value out of the platform
Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals and upsells
Share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams and help shape what we build
Design, document, and continuously improve scalable playbooks
Experience in Customer Success or Account Management
Strong understanding of creative workflows.
Product-focused mindset, with experience in onboarding and implementation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you're great at building and maintaining relationships, and excellent at written communication
Process & systems orientation - you enjoy building scalable systems for high quality execution
Proactive, ownership-driven attitude
Base: $120K - $160K
Offers equity and bonus.
