The Role: Founding DesignerWe’re looking for a sharp, systems-minded Product Designer to join our fast-growing product team. This is a high-impact opportunity to design tools that will reshape how the automotive world collaborates with its suppliers.
You’ll partner directly with our founding team, engineers, and industry experts to create a first-of-its-kind experience for the industrial enterprise — all powered by AI.
What You'll DoDefine & Shape: Take ambiguous problems and shape them into structured product experiences. You’ll help define what features should be and how they should feel.
Design Workflows for AI Agents: Translate complex workflows into intuitive, action-driven user experiences — balancing automation with control, and AI intelligence with human oversight.
Think in Systems: Design components and flows that scale across multiple modules, teams, and use cases — from dashboards to agent actions to supplier profiles.
Collaborate Deeply: Work hand-in-hand with engineers, PMs, and AI researchers to build smart, usable, high-performance interfaces.
Own the Craft: Lead end-to-end design execution — from wireframes and research to polished prototypes and developer handoff.
Drive Feedback Loops: Conduct lightweight user research, gather customer feedback, and iterate quickly to improve usability and impact.
5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS products, ideally in data-rich or workflow-heavy environments
Proven ability to lead the design of complex features end-to-end, especially those involving multiple user personas or integrations
Experience building (and contributing to) design systems for responsive web applications
Strong product sense — you think beyond the pixels to what drives user value and business outcomes
Familiarity with designing interfaces that involve automation, recommendations, or AI-driven elements
A portfolio that showcases systems thinking, interaction design, and final visual polish
Experience designing tools for industrial, logistics, or data-heavy products
Experience with data visualization, decision support tools, or building products for operational users
You’ll help define a new category of intelligent industrial infrastructure
You’ll work with top-tier talent from AI, enterprise software
You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and visibility across the company
You’ll design for real-world impact — not incremental UI, but end-to-end industry transformation
