Extreme ownership. Own onboarding, adoption, success, expansion, and strategy for every customer—if it happens post-sign, it’s on you
Founder-track learning. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the early team and master the playbook you’ll use for your own startup one day

What you’ll do
Manage entire post-sale relationships, working hands-on with users and senior stakeholders
Identify and scale high-impact use cases; package feedback for product and engineering
Build the playbooks, metrics, tooling, and strategy that set the foundation for the scaling our customer operations
Who you are
3-6 yrs at a top-tier consultancy or investment bank; startup or PE experience a plus
Executive-level communicator who loves solving client problems
Analytical, product-minded, and comfortable in 0 → 1 environments
Based in San Francisco and eager to be in the office four days a week
