Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced an engineer to join our founding team. As a Founding Engineer at SimpleAI, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping our AI Voice agents. You will be responsible for developing features end to end, including backend, frontend, post-deployment analytics, and engaging with users to gather feedback. This is an exciting opportunity to work on novel and interesting problems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and ship high-quality software solutions

  • Engage with users to understand their needs and gather feedback

  • Work on interesting and novel problems in the AI voice space

  • Own features end to end, from development to post-deployment analytics

Required Skills
  • Proficiency in Python, Typescript, and React

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative solutions
