Job Description:
You will build the frontier agentic systems that define how the most ambitious CPG brands operate. As an early hire, you will bridge the gap between customer problems and real-world impact, designing autonomous workflows that replace manual back-office tasks. You'll own features end-to-end, shipping production code daily while scaling a high-growth AI startup.

What you will do:

• Direct customer engagement to map complex CPG back-office workflows into software abstractions and agentic models.

• Build and ship production-ready AI agent workflows that autonomously execute across ERPs, spreadsheets, and retailer portals.

• Improve the reliability, observability, and performance of non-deterministic distributed systems to ensure 40% profit increases for brands.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-5+ years of experience building and shipping production systems end-to-end with a strong grasp of distributed systems and API design.

• Exceptional communicator with a default-to-action mindset who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments and complex problem-solving.

• Deep interest or experience in LLMs and agent orchestration, with the technical intensity to work tirelessly toward building a unicorn.
