Founding Full Stack AI Engineer

Sylvan Labs is tackling a critical gap in enterprise software — an underpenetrated space with billions in unrealized revenue potential. We are building a digital account manager agent that autonomously analyzes data, surfaces revenue insights, and automates follow-through. In the long run, we aim to multiply the output of every customer-facing team, transforming how businesses scale revenue from the ground up.

We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack AI Engineer who wants to redefine how enterprise companies drive revenue. We will only hire A-players and are highly willing to go above-market in ownership, equity, and cash compensation. We want world-class builders who are excited by the opportunity to be part of a category-defining company at the earliest stage. It won’t be easy. We’re going to move fast. But it’ll be fun.

As a Founding Engineer, you’ll work directly with the founders to architect, build, and scale the platform from 0 to 1. You’ll take full ownership of core features, shape the product roadmap, and drive technical execution in an environment that values speed, iteration, and excellence.

• Own and ship features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment.

• Build robust integrations + data ontology mapping tooling to streamline ingest and normalization of 3rd-party data, delivering enterprise-grade durability, scalability, and rapid customer deployments.

• Develop and maintain intuitive, functional UIs — pushing the envelope on AI product patterns and moving beyond simple chatbots to create more immersive, assistive experiences.

• Architect & build agentic solutions that automate complex workflows while advancing applied AI — from long-term agent memory to enhancing LLMs with reinforcement learning.

• Work closely with customers, iterating rapidly to refine and improve the product.

• Been the top code contributor on your prior teams, not phased by the prospect of long hours when needed to ship and scale.

• Proven track record building real-world ML/AI products with solid grasp of AI/ML fundamentals.
