Founding Fullstack Engineer - Core

Join our core engineering team to build and scale cloud-native services and full-stack solutions. You’ll work across frontend and backend systems, drive technical initiatives, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, production-ready features. This role gives you ownership and autonomy — you’ll move fast, learn fast, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

• Write scalable business logic for our cloud-native backend services.

• Drive and implement frontend solutions with modern frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to build end-to-end functionality.

• Quickly adopt and adapt to new technologies — stepping out of your comfort zone is part of the daily routine.

🛠 Engineering Citizenship

• Maintain, refactor, and migrate existing services.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards.

• Handle on-call rotations and incident management.

• Improve developer processes and experience across the full lifecycle from coding to operations.

💡 Technical Leadership

• Write technical designs and lead discussions on emerging products.

• Drive initiatives that align with business OKRs, conducting research and designing solutions for long-term impact.

• Contribute to every stage of product development — from ideation to prototyping, A/B testing, and scaling architectures.

✅ Technical Quality

• Employ automated testing to ensure reliability and resilience of features.

• Implement rigorous release practices including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

🎯 Autonomy & Ownership

• Drive projects independently without constant guidance from Tech Leads/CTO.

• Communicate technical decisions effectively in meetings, Slack discussions, design docs, and daily updates.

• Strong Vibe Coder

  • Able to produce high-quality, production-ready code at speed.

• 1+ years of full-stack development experience, building consumer or business-facing products.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in Python and Go (optional, but a plus).

• Hands-on experience with Supabase, Postgres, Firebase.

• Experience developing microservices in Node.js, Python, and Go.

• Strong frontend expertise with React, Next.js, Electron (optional).

• Infrastructure at scale: multi-tenant systems, load balancing, sticky sessions, caching, MQ.

• Monitoring and observability with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Datadog.

• Analytics & experimentation platforms: PostHog, Amplitude, Optimizely.

• Containerized services: Docker, ECS, Kubernetes.

• Proven ability to deliver production-level code with robust error handling, unit tests, and E2E coverage.

• Hackathon winner or equivalent hands-on builder track record.

• Deep experience with Kubernetes and AWS.

• Strong DevOps background, including building CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and software release.

• Experience with WebSocket & Server-Sent Events (SSE).

• Crawler and automation expertise: large-scale scraping, Selenium, Appium.

• Data wrangling with BigQuery, plus data pipelines using Spark, Apache Beam, DBT, Airflow.

• Experience building data lake and data warehouse solutions

• AI-native Development: Free-flow of coolest AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Devin, Zapier Agents.. you name it!). We may ask you to spend >= X tokens
