About the role

We're hiring for our first growth hire - someone who can define how our company gets discovered, understood, and loved.

This isn't a traditional growth role. You won't be managing acquisition channels or optimizing dashboards. Instead, you'll build the foundation for how we tell our story, reach customers, and create momentum around the product.

You'll work directly with the founders to shape our brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy from the ground up. Your scope will span product marketing, content, launches, community, experimentation, and the systems that help us scale.

We're looking for someone who understands why people pay attention, why products spread, and how the best product-led companies earn trust over time. You have exceptional taste, a strong instinct for what resonates, and the ability to turn product launches, customer stories, and insights into content that people genuinely want to share.

This is an opportunity to own growth from day one, build the playbook from scratch, and have a defining impact on the trajectory of the company.

You might be a fit if you:
  • Have been a content creator yourself and have built an audience.

  • Have worked in product marketing, growth, or GTM at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series C).

  • Have great design instincts. Bonus if you can design yourself.

  • Write exceptionally well.

  • Have strong product intuition.

  • Learn incredibly fast and thrive in ambiguity.

  • Prefer building from zero over inheriting someone else's playbook.

You'll spend your time:
  • Creating content that earns attention.

  • Launching products people remember.

  • Developing our messaging and positioning.

  • Running growth experiments across product, community, and content.

  • Working closely with product and design to improve activation and retention.

  • Building the growth engine that takes us from early traction to category-defining company.

Why join?

Because you'll have an outsized impact. You'll be one of our earliest hires, work directly with the founders, and help define how the company grows. You'll have real ownership, meaningful equity, and the freedom to build something from scratch.

If you're excited by blank canvases, fast feedback loops, and building a company people genuinely love, we'd love to talk.
