About Numos

Numos is building the AI Teammate for enterprise finance organizations. We’re taking finance teams from operational drudgery to strategic powerhouses by becoming the trusted AI layer across financial operations so every number is accurate, every insight is accessible, and finance leaders get time back to focus on what matters. Our customers range from mid-market to large public companies.

The Role

This is our first growth hire. You’ll build the growth engine end-to-end: lead generation → pipeline → onboarding/activation → retention loops. This is not a narrow “marketer” role and not an SDR seat. It’s a generalist builder role for someone who wants to own ambiguity, run experiments, and turn what works into repeatable systems.

If you’re looking for a place where your work visibly moves the company every week, this role is for you.

What You’ll Own1) Funnel Analytics Ownership (End-to-End)
  • Model, measure, and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.

  • Build out our reporting cadence: what happened, why, and what we’re changing.

2) Pipeline Creation (Multi-Channel)
  • Design and experiment across outbound programs across email, LinkedIn, content-led outreach, and events.

  • Build and iterate on targeting, segmentation, and sequencing to generate high-quality meetings + pipeline.

3) Experimentation Engine
  • Ship high-leverage experiments: messaging tests, outbound angles, founder-led content, webinars/events, partnerships, paid tests (selectively).

  • Run tight loops: hypothesis → launch → measure → double down or kill fast.

4) Positioning & Messaging
  • Craft crisp value props and competitive angles that resonate with CFOs, Controllers, and FP&A leaders (and the operators who support them).

  • Produce collateral that actually gets used: one-pagers, outbound snippets, decks, case studies, demo narratives.

5) Process, Tooling, and Automation (AI-first stack)
  • Stand up workflows for prospecting, enrichment, routing, attribution, and follow-up.

  • Build lightweight systems that scale (CRM hygiene, automation, handoffs, playbooks). Automate what can be automated; personalize where it matters.

6) Activation + Retention Loops (with the team)
  • Improve onboarding and “time-to-value” with tight feedback loops from customers.

  • Build lifecycle touches that drive adoption, expansion, and referrals.

Who You Are
  • Builder mindset: you like blank pages and turning chaos into systems.

  • Strong operator brain: analytical, structured, fast-moving, allergic to vanity metrics.

  • High-agency: you don’t wait for permission; you figure it out and ship.

  • Great communicator: you can write tight copy and explain tradeoffs clearly.

  • Comfortable with outbound: you’re not precious about “brand” at the expense of pipeline.

  • Curious + relentless: you learn quickly, iterate quickly, and don’t get emotional about failed experiments.

You Might Have
  • 2-6 years in consulting, BizOps, growth ops.

  • Experience standing up growth tooling (CRM, enrichment, sequencing, attribution, automation).

  • Bonus: you can do light SQL / analytics and aren’t scared of data.

Why This Role Is Special
  • You’ll be the founding architect of growth at a company aiming to define a category.

  • Direct line to the founding team; fast decisions; high ownership.

  • If you crush this, you won’t just “do growth”, you’ll define how Numos grows.
