About Casa

We believe owning a home should feel as special as the moments that take place within them. If our mission inspires you, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Lead to own how Casa communicates its value to the world.

You’ll be the first person at Casa focused entirely on growth marketing — shaping the messaging, creative, and acquisition channels that help homeowners understand what Casa is, why it matters, and why it’s worth becoming a member.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. That means crafting the copy and creative that make someone stop and pay attention, executing campaigns across paid and offline channels, improving how our website and sign-up flow convert, and partnering with external creatives to bring campaigns to life.

We believe great growth marketing starts with great storytelling: understanding what people care about, what they aspire to, what frustrates them, and how to clearly articulate why Casa matters in their lives.

This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and autonomy. You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive strategy, execution, testing, and optimization.

What You’ll Own
  • Messaging & growth creative: craft the copy, positioning, and campaign narratives that drive acquisition and conversion

  • Paid acquisition: build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels

  • Website & landing pages: improve how Casa communicates value and converts prospective members across the website and funnel

  • Conversion optimization: identify friction points, run experiments, and improve conversion throughout the sign-up journey

  • Creative direction: brief and manage external creative partners across ads, photography, video, direct mail, and campaign assets

  • Measurement & optimization: define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate insights into better creative and stronger conversion

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, or related roles

  • An exceptional writer — you know how to craft messaging that is clear, emotionally resonant, persuasive, and conversion-oriented

  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating with significant ownership and autonomy

  • Strong paid media experience, particularly Meta; you understand performance marketing deeply and have results to show for it

  • You think deeply about consumer psychology and decision-making — not just driving traffic, but understanding what makes people take action

  • You’ve marketed a high-consideration product or service where trust, clarity, and communication materially influence purchasing decisions

  • You combine creativity with analytical rigor; you can discuss copy, CAC, funnel conversion, and creative performance in the same conversation

  • Resourceful and low-ego; you don’t wait to be unblocked and are comfortable figuring things out independently

  • Strong creative judgment and taste, particularly around consumer-facing messaging and performance creative

Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing premium consumer, subscription, home, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

  • Experience with attribution and measurement across longer consideration cycles

  • Familiarity with direct mail and offline acquisition channels

  • Early-stage startup experience building systems and processes from scratch
