We believe owning a home should feel as special as the moments that take place within them. If our mission inspires you, we'd love to hear from you.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Lead to own how Casa communicates its value to the world.
You’ll be the first person at Casa focused entirely on growth marketing — shaping the messaging, creative, and acquisition channels that help homeowners understand what Casa is, why it matters, and why it’s worth becoming a member.
This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. That means crafting the copy and creative that make someone stop and pay attention, executing campaigns across paid and offline channels, improving how our website and sign-up flow convert, and partnering with external creatives to bring campaigns to life.
We believe great growth marketing starts with great storytelling: understanding what people care about, what they aspire to, what frustrates them, and how to clearly articulate why Casa matters in their lives.
This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership and autonomy. You’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive strategy, execution, testing, and optimization.

You combine creativity with analytical rigor; you can discuss copy, CAC, funnel conversion, and creative performance in the same conversation
Resourceful and low-ego; you don’t wait to be unblocked and are comfortable figuring things out independently
