About DualEntry

DualEntry is building the OS for finance.

Every business needs a financial system of record, yet the world's largest fintech market ($220B+) still runs on software from the 1990s. DualEntry's AI-native ERP automates accounting from data entry to close, so finance teams move faster, spend less and incur less risk.

In just 2 years we've raised $100M+ from Lightspeed, Khosla Ventures, Contrary and Google Ventures and earned the trust of customers from $5M ARR to publicly traded companies.

We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community.

Where You'll Create Impact
  • Own the growth funnel from first visit to qualified sales conversation

  • Turn the website and trial into high-performing acquisition channels

  • Build a self-serve experience that gets prospects to value faster

  • Define the product signals that tell Sales who is ready to buy

  • Own funnel analytics, attribution, and conversion reporting

  • Run a fast, disciplined experimentation cadence

  • Drive activation and conversion improvements across the product

  • Stay close to prospects and join lost-deal calls to understand where evaluations stall

What Sets You Up for Success
  • 5–7 years across product management and growth marketing, including ownership of a B2B SaaS signup or trial funnel

  • Strong in funnel analysis, conversion optimization, positioning, and landing page copy

  • Technically fluent enough to work closely with engineers, query data, and set up tracking

  • Hands-on with product analytics, experimentation tools, CMS/page builders, and CRM systems such as HubSpot

  • Experience with product-led sales and multi-stakeholder B2B buying journeys

  • Strong judgment on when to experiment versus simply ship

  • Interest in building for accountants and finance teams

  • Accounting, ERP, compliance-heavy SaaS, or early-stage growth experience is a plus

  • MBA is a plus

Why You’ll Thrive Here
  • Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world

  • You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry

  • Your feedback shapes the product directly

  • High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations

  • Cheryl, CPA demoed the product to a skeptical prospect who said our RevRec beat several standalone tools, and built the AI process now used as our "Deal Bot."

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
