We are 9 people, and you'd be #10 on the team.

Our early customers include well-known Silicon Valley tech companies, including multiple unicorns. We have more demand than we've been able to service.

Role Description

As a Founding Growth Strategist, you'll work hand in hand with our CEO and our founding team team to define and lead our approach to the most important part of our business: working with our amazing customers!

You will be responsible for managing our customer relationships and their campaigns with Kalos - including:

  • Customer Onboarding & Strategy: Onboard new customers & lead in creating strategy for their campaigns

  • Customer Campaign Performance: Own performance & impact of customers' campaigns: Keeping pace of ongoing performance and suggest changes and improvements. Be our internal "Quarterback" for customers - partnering with our Ads Specialists/Ops and Designers to ensure we're firing on all cylinders to maximize customer impact

  • Kalos Product Strategy: Help us learn from customer feedback and deliver feedback to our engineering team to guide company strategy & prioritization. Help us lay out systematic ways to track and drive progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Many years of experience with Linkedin ad platform, and/or experience at top consulting or investment banking roles (ready to learn Linkedin ads at hyper-speed).

  • Skillset: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Execution-Focused: You move fast, take ownership, and deliver. You are relentless.

  • Communication: You work great with execs and are ready to both help and give tough feedback to our customers to help them achieve their goals.

  • Adaptability: Everthing will change often. This should feel like a fun challenge for you.
