HUD (YC W25) does RL and evaluations for frontier AI agents. Our HUD agentic RL platform is used by frontier labs, Fortune 500 companies and startups. We have grown revenue and raised funding from YC, A16Z and other leading VCs to scale fast.
About the roleHUD's product sells itself to the right person. Your challenge is finding them, and selling to them at scale.
Our buyers are ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders at frontier labs and enterprises. They don't respond to standard SaaS outreach. They respond to someone (or something) that understands what they're building, why their current eval pipeline is broken, and how HUD fixes it. Someone who can have a real technical conversation, then follow up relentlessly until the deal closers.
We're looking for a GTM Engineer who can scale HUD's current go-to-market motion. You'll build the pipeline, run the outreach, iterate closely on what works and what doesn't, and close the meetings and build the systems that make this scalable by any means possible: CRMs, sequencing platforms, enrichment APIs, custom scrapers.
The best person for this role understands sales pipelines deeply, picks up new businesses fast, and can articulate what HUD does to a technical buyer. Then do this at scale.
ResponsibilitiesOwn HUD's outbound pipeline end-to-end: targeting, enrichment, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking
Build and maintain infrastructure e.g. outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, custom tooling, inbound lead qualification
Develop messaging that resonates with technical buyers (ML engineers, AI researchers, engineering leaders) and iterate on it weekly
Quickly learn new prospect businesses and industries, understanding their pain points, workflows, and why HUD matters to them
Use AI tools aggressively to 10x your output: vibe code scrapers, automate workflows, build internal tools
Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion at every stage
Work closely with founders to develop and refine HUD's GTM playbook as we scale
Demonstrated ability to build and run a GTM motion with real, measurable results
Technical fluency: comfort on the command line, ability to vibe code, and deep familiarity with GTM tooling (CRMs, sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, data scrapers)
Ability to understand new businesses and technical products very quickly
Strong written communication that technical people actually respond to
Self-starter who can operate with minimal direction in a fast-paced startup
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML/AI products
History of building outbound systems using tools like Clay, Apollo, or custom automation
Technical background (CS degree, previous engineering role, or significant side projects)
Startup experience in 0 -> 1 and 1 -> 100
Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem .e.g you know what evals are, what RL is, and why researchers care
Evidence of creative, high-leverage approaches to pipeline generation
We care about demonstrated output over credentials. If you've built and scaled a GTM in any capacity and can show the numbers, we want to talk to you.
