Job Title: Founding GTM Lead

Salary: $120K - $150K + 0.20% - 0.40% Equity

Company Description: Asteroid - YC W25 browser-use agent platform

Job Description:
As the first commercial hire at this YC-backed startup, you will transform early product traction into a scalable enterprise sales machine. You will own the full sales cycle for mission-critical AI agents already processing thousands of daily healthcare tasks. This high-impact role blends strategic GTM experimentation with hands-on execution alongside technical founders.

Location: San Francisco, USA

Why this role is remarkable:

  • Join a YC W25 company already in production with 50+ businesses, deploying the first computer-use agents to handle mission-critical healthcare workflows.

  • Work directly with founders who have backgrounds in satellite algorithms and LLM-based fraud prevention, backed by elite angels from OpenAI and Hugging Face.

  • Transition from zero-to-one by defining the commercial function, building the outbound engine, and shaping the product roadmap through direct customer feedback.

What you will do:

  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing six-figure contracts with healthcare operations leaders.

  • Build and manage the end-to-end outbound engine, running ICP experiments to identify repeatable customer pockets and scale the GTM motion.

  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate complex customer pain points into specific product features and agent behaviors.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as a founder or first commercial hire at a seed-stage startup, having successfully built GTM motions from scratch.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate technical and economic buyers to close high-value deals involving APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.

  • AI-native professional who extensively uses AI productivity tools and can credibly discuss browser automation and LLM agent implementation.
