The Role

We're looking for a Founding GTM Recruiter to own hiring across sales, marketing, customer success, and business operations as we scale our GTM engine. You will partner closely with our founders to build the team selling into the world's top investment firms.

What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles including GTM leadership, account executives, sales engineers, customer success, marketing, and business operations

  • Source candidates directly through LinkedIn, sales communities, competitor mapping, referral networks, and industry events

  • Build deep pipelines of sellers who have sold into financial services, fintech, or complex enterprise environments

  • Conduct initial screens that assess sales craft, track record, and fit for a technical, high-context product

  • Partner with founders and GTM leaders to define role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and design interview processes for new functions

  • Manage the entire candidate experience from first outreach to signed offer, including offer construction and closing

  • Take a scrappy approach and flex into non-GTM searches when the business needs it

  • Maintain active pipelines across multiple concurrent searches and keep hiring managers honest with data

  • Represent Rowspace at recruiting and industry events to build our GTM talent brand

  • Help establish scalable recruiting processes, from structured interviews to metrics and pipeline reporting

What You Have
  • 4+ years of hands-on recruiting experience with a strong track record hiring GTM talent: sales, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations

  • Deep understanding of what great enterprise sellers look like, including the ability to evaluate quota attainment, deal complexity, and sales methodology in a screen

  • Experience recruiting at seed or early-stage startups where you wore multiple hats and moved fast

  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or other regulated enterprise markets is a strong plus

  • Proven ability to source and close exceptional talent in competitive markets through direct outreach

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to personally sell candidates on our opportunity

  • Scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a focus on execution over process

  • Strategic thinking to help build recruiting processes that scale with company growth

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches without extensive oversight

Perks & Benefits
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Future Planning: 401(k) plan including employer match on contributions made while employed by Rowspace

  • Food & Fuel: Monthly commuter stipend, plus free daily lunch and a fully stocked snack bar in the office

  • Team Culture: Regular team offsites to bond and strategize away from the desk
