Where multiple locations are listed for this role, the position may be based in any of those locations, with priority determined according to the order of listing.

What you’ll do

  • Work hand-in-hand with the founders to shape and own Simular’s go-to-market motion from the ground up.

  • Wear multiple hats - from closing our first customers, to testing messaging, to setting up early playbooks.

  • Talk to users constantly, translate feedback into insights, and push those back into product and strategy.

  • Experiment with different growth channels (sales, marketing, partnerships, community) to see what sticks.

  • Lead community-building efforts (Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, events), engage with early adopters, and help turn them into advocates.

  • Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and iterate on everything: pricing, positioning, sales scripts, onboarding flows.

  • Be a true founding team member: scrappy, resourceful, and driven by outcomes over process.

You might be a fit if

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 3–7 years of experience in sales, growth, marketing, business development, or related roles.

  • Track record of driving go-to-market success in early-stage or fast-growing companies.

  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in front of customers and partners.

  • Bias for action: you’d rather test and learn than over-plan.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a startup environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale new processes, campaigns, or sales models from scratch.

  • Familiarity with AI or productivity software is a plus.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
