What you’ll do
Work hand-in-hand with the founders to shape and own Simular’s go-to-market motion from the ground up.
Wear multiple hats - from closing our first customers, to testing messaging, to setting up early playbooks.
Talk to users constantly, translate feedback into insights, and push those back into product and strategy.
Experiment with different growth channels (sales, marketing, partnerships, community) to see what sticks.
Lead community-building efforts (Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, events), engage with early adopters, and help turn them into advocates.
Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and iterate on everything: pricing, positioning, sales scripts, onboarding flows.
Be a true founding team member: scrappy, resourceful, and driven by outcomes over process.
You might be a fit if
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3–7 years of experience in sales, growth, marketing, business development, or related roles.
Track record of driving go-to-market success in early-stage or fast-growing companies.
Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in front of customers and partners.
Bias for action: you’d rather test and learn than over-plan.
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a startup environment.
Demonstrated ability to design and scale new processes, campaigns, or sales models from scratch.
Familiarity with AI or productivity software is a plus.
