The role involves generating demand and driving growth through outreach, strategy execution, and building relationships with enterprise customers while becoming an expert on the product and customer needs.
Alpharun is an applied AI company that helps leading enterprises optimize their customer experience through AI-powered sales coaching and autonomous voice agents. We provide real-time coaching for human reps and deploy AI agents that execute proven playbooks — all continuously optimized against real performance data.
As a member of our go-to-market team, you'll be responsible for generating demand and driving growth for Alpharun. You'll work directly with the founding team to execute and refine our go-to-market strategy, identify high-value prospects, and create pipeline that converts into revenue. This is a high-impact role where you'll do whatever it takes to accelerate our growth — from cold outreach and building target account lists to partnering on messaging, attending industry events, and closing gaps in our sales process.
This is a demanding role with high autonomy and responsibility. You'll become an expert on our product, our customers' pain points, and the competitive landscape — and use that knowledge to open doors and drive conversations forward.
Why join:
- Team: We're a tight-knit, ambitious team working in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco. We're well-funded by exceptional investors and operators and are scaling quickly. Our founders, Paul and Henry Dornier, are twins and second-time founders who previously sold their first company before leading product, engineering, and marketing teams at Front.
- Rapid growth: Since launch, our customers have used Alpharun to drive hundreds of thousands of customer interactions across insurance and financial services use cases
- Culture: We have an extremely high talent bar and expect a lot from everyone, because exceptional outcomes require exceptional commitment. But we also have a lot of fun — there's nothing more rewarding than building transformative AI products alongside an awesome team.
This role is intense but immensely rewarding — perfect for someone with ambition, a bias towards action, and who thrives on rapid learning and growth.
We'll be most excited if you have:
- 1-4 years of experience in sales development or a similar role with a track record of exceeding targets and generating qualified pipeline
- Experience selling to enterprise customers
- Deep curiosity about AI and the ability to quickly understand technical products
- A track record of getting things done in roles with high levels of ambiguity and accountability
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills—able to embed with customers, understand complex business workflows, and serve as a trusted advisor
- Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the team you work with
If you don't perfectly meet every qualification but resonate deeply with our mission and approach to AI, we strongly encourage you to apply — we value aptitude, ambition, and learning velocity above all.
We offer competitive compensation and meaningful equity. We believe every early team member will be a major contributor to our company's long-term success, and our equity compensation is designed to recognize this.
