Work with founders to build and scale GTM: map markets, generate and qualify leads, scope and run technical POCs, manage early customer relationships, create sales collateral and playbooks, run growth experiments, and optimize outbound/inbound motion to convert pilots into revenue.
The summary above was generated by AI
We’re building the scientific intelligence platform for the physical world, to accelerate breakthroughs in semiconductors, batteries, advanced materials, aerospace, and beyond. These industries represent trillions in spend, but are still trapped in outdated software. We’re changing that by building the intelligence layer to help scientists and engineers move faster and solve core problems -- R&D through manufacturing.

We have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a category-defining company at the intersection of AI and the physical sciences. And we’re building a world-class team to do it.

We recently raised a seed round led by Greylock, with participation from Neo, BoxGroup, Liquid 2, and top angels including Jeff Dean + leadership at OpenAI and AMD. Our team (ex-Applied Intuition, SpaceX, Warp, Jane Street, Microsoft) works in-person in San Francisco. Our office is located walking distance from 4th and King Caltrain station.

The Role
In this role, you will work directly with the founders to architect, execute, and scale our GTM strategy. You are a hands-on operator who can dive into everything from market segmentation and pipeline generation to high-stakes proof-of-concept (POC) management. This is a 0-to-1 role designed for someone who isn’t afraid to get into the weeds, moves with extreme urgency, and wants to build our sales playbook from a blank canvas.

What you’ll do:
  • Roll up your sleeves to build our initial sales pipeline: handling the foundational legwork of market mapping, customer segmentation, and lead generation and qualification.
  • Drive the conversion funnel by scoping technical proof-of-concepts (POCs), managing day-to-day customer relationships, and helping to turn early pilots into closed deals.
  • Creatively design early sales collateral, case studies, and pitch decks. Document what works to establish a repeatable commercial playbook that will scale future sales hires.
  • Drive top-of-funnel by running growth experiments to generate organic inbound interest, optimize outbound messaging, and scale our reach.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the founders on core commercial strategy.

We would love to meet you if you:
  • Thrive on a blank canvas, are excited by hard, unstructured problems, and want to put your permanent stamp on a generational company's foundational operations.
  • Love in-the-weeds execution. You take pride in rolling up your sleeves to map markets, generate leads, hunt down champions, and personally manage early customer relationships.
  • Already use AI tools daily and think critically about how to push their limits. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable enough with technology to build agents to automate operational workflows.
  • Love to learn, bias toward action, and enjoy taking full ownership of problems end-to-end.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Worked at an early stage startup, founded a company, or plan to start one someday.
  • Background scaling GTM strategy at an early stage company with an enterprise sales motion.
  • Experience or deep curiosity in physical sciences, especially experience in the semiconductor industry.
