- Craft a video-first content strategy that fits modern platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, livestreams).
- Create a guerilla marketing campaign to maximize brand visibility and virality.
- Own audience targeting strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and whatever works next.
- Design and run large-scale customer acquisition campaigns that mix paid, organic, creator-led, and offline channels.
- Experiment aggressively, kill what doesn’t work fast, and double down on what does.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and design to make sure growth is built into the product to optimize our viral loop.
- Building growth systems from the ground up. Architecting processes, frameworks, and playbooks without getting stuck in them.
- Executing real customer acquisition campaigns (not just dashboards).
- Creating and executing brand campaigns, not just optimized funnels.
- Understanding how culture spreads online — memes, creators, communities, momentum.
- Talking advertising KPIs delivering metrics-based creative-storytelling, pacing, and creative hooks.
- Working with creators, streamers, and influencers.
- Moving forward with incomplete information and operating despite ambiguity.
- Trove has a clear, repeatable growth system that compounds over time.
