Compensation
The American home services industry is a $543B market where 90% of missed calls translate directly to lost revenue. Redcar AI responds to thousands of customers at once so no jobs are ever lost and integrates seamlessly into a shop’s existing workflow.
We are building the world’s first Learning Voice AI with an Agent-first platform. While others build rigid scripts, we developed LearnLoop: a proprietary technology that allows AI to learn from experience, update its own SOPs, and reason through complex customer needs. Our Agents don’t just book jobs; they act as an autonomous employee for the revenue engine of our customers.
Founded by a team from Google, Stanford, Princeton, and Uber, we are backed by Khosla Ventures (early investors in OpenAI, DoorDash, and Affirm) and an elite group of angels. We are scaling toward seven-figure revenues and are relentlessly working to build the next unicorn company amid this AI Agent revolution. You’ll be joining a fast-growing team in San Francisco, the AI Mecca of the world.
As we transition from founder-led sales to a process-driven GTM machine, we are looking for a Founding Head of GTM. We aren't just looking for a salesperson; we are looking for someone with a founder’s mindset who can help us capture a massive, underserved market.
You will sit at the intersection of GTM, customer success, and product. You’ll have an immediate and visible impact, building the revenue engine from 0 to 1. This is a high-ownership role for an operator who can set high-level strategy, pick up the phone, and close the 6-figure deals.
1.Sales
- Design and iterate on the outbound GTM motion (calls, emails, and social) from the ground up
- Independently manage the full sales cycle to close 5-to-6 figure deals from start to finish
- Run constant experiments. If a script or channel isn't working, you pivot in hours, not weeks
- Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground. Identify feature gaps and work cross-functionally with the product team to prioritize them
2.Content, Community & Leadership
- Build content for website
- Create video content and book speaking oppts for podcasts
- Identify and outbound to potential partners for partnerships
- Manage and mentor a small, hungry team to hit aggressive targets
- Lead and/or represent Redcar at events
3.Customer Success
- Ensure our customers are successful and convert them to long-term contracts
- Maintain high-level relationships with customers to ensure Redcar is indispensable to their growth
- 1-3 years of experience building and iterating outbound GTM motions from the ground up at an early-stage startup
- The "0 to 1" Gene: You’ve built or scaled something from scratch
- Process driven and metric obsessed - you live in the data to track pipeline efficiency from top-of-funnel reach-outs down to final close rates
- You are proficient with modern outbound tools like Clay, Apollo, Outreach, or Aircall
- You identify and tease out customer needs; you know exactly when the product can (and can’t) solve a specific pain point
- Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
- Equity: 0.5% - 2.0%
- Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Time Off: 3 weeks PTO and unlimited sick days
- Culture: A super collaborative, high-intensity team culture
- Location: In-person 5 days a week in our San Francisco office
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is $120 – $160 per year.
