Docflow builds AI agents that run the back office for healthcare providers. Our automation handles the work that buries their teams: document intake, prior authorizations, order entry, and payer portal workflows. Customers start with a paid pilot, see real work getting done within weeks, and expand from there.
We’re a small, scrappy, AI-native founding team, and we’re growing fast. Our pipeline is bigger than we can work, and hardly anyone in our market knows our name yet. That’s the opportunity we’re hiring you for.
The RoleYou’ll be our first marketing hire, and you’ll own how the market comes to know us. This is a hands-on, full-funnel GTM role. You’ll build brand awareness among the specific decision-makers we sell to and make sure Docflow shows up wherever they spend their time. You do the work yourself: you write, you design, you produce video and media, and you run the field and content programs that build trust in a specialized industry.
We sell into a focused corner of healthcare, not giant hospital systems. Our buyers are the operators and owners who run these businesses, and reaching them is its own craft: the right conferences, the right publications and podcasts, the right communities, and a brand that feels credible to people who know the industry cold. You’ve done marketing like this before, in a niche where awareness is won one decision-maker at a time.
You’ll use AI tools everywhere to punch far above your weight: generating and editing video, designing ads and creative, drafting and shaping copy, and shipping more, faster, than a traditional one-person marketing team ever could.
What You’ll DoOwn brand awareness and demand generation across the channels where our buyers actually spend time
Produce creative yourself: short-form and long-form video, ads, social, landing pages, and visual design, using AI tools to move fast
Run the business-grade content and comms program: white papers, case studies, press releases, and thought leadership
Plan and run our presence at industry conferences and field events
Build and grow owned channels: podcast, newsletter, social, and our website
Turn real customer results and product wins into stories the market hears
Work directly with the founders to define the Docflow brand and GTM motion
Must have:
Several years of B2B marketing experience, including in a specialized or vertical market where you reached individual decision-makers rather than broad enterprise committees
A true full-stack marketer: you can both make the creative (video, ads, design, copy) and run the grown-up programs (white papers, PR, events, podcasts)
A hands-on producer, not just a manager or strategist. You ship the work yourself.
A heavy user of AI creative and content tools, always looking for the next one that makes you faster
A strong writer with a sharp visual eye and genuinely good taste
Scrappy, self-directed, and comfortable as an early founding-team hire
Genuine interest in healthcare and in how AI is changing the industry
Preferred:
Marketing experience in healthcare, especially selling into provider or back-office operations
Experience running field marketing and industry conference programs
Podcast production experience and relationships with trade press
Fluency with AI creative tools across video, audio, image, and copy
Based in Los Angeles, or ready to be
Base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
Founding-team equity
Health insurance
