We are hiring a Founding Operations to build and run the systems that let us scale — supporting our operations team, legal team, customers, and everything that keeps the company moving.

This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.

You are a high-agency generalist who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. • Day 30: You are running multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball, and your first playbooks are live

We have an extraordinarily high bar and expect relentless, consistent execution. You are expected to show up every day with urgency, ownership, and a positive attitude, and to deliver results consistently.

• Drive cross-functional process — handoffs, scheduling, service-level tracking, reporting, and coordination between Legal, CS, and GTM

• Support the customer operating experience — satisfaction tracking, follow-up, and process improvements across the entire customer journey

• Enable legal delivery — act as the supporting function to our legal team, driving cross-functional process optimizations that let lawyers spend their time on legal work

• Find and remove friction — identify where operations and customers are getting stuck, and drive the product and process changes that fix it

• General operations — billing, vendors, scheduling, office, and whatever else keeps the company running

• Jump on whatever needs doing to keep the company moving fast

• 2-5 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical, high-performance environment; startup, high-growth background also a strong plus

• You are relentless, and will work 12+ hours per day, 6 days a week (yes, including weekends)

• You thrive in an environment with an exceptionally high bar, where everyone is expected to go above and beyond

• You own outcomes from start to finish and have a track record of never dropping the ball

• You are exceptionally organized and disciplined, and you default to documenting and systematizing

• You move at an incredible pace and have insane urgency to deliver results

• You respond to setbacks with resilience, resourcefulness, and a determination to find a way

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $80,000 – $110,000
