Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy.

With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

About the role

The Founding Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Netic offers a unique opportunity to be the first SDR at the company while we scale up all of our GTM efforts. At the core of your role, you will be responsible for generating pipeline.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious SDR who can be very strategic about how you go after our target customers. You will partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to generate qualified pipeline, contribute directly to Netic’s growth and help inform the underlying system that we build to prospect into our best accounts.

We are looking to build our SDR motion in the most effective way given all of the new tooling at our disposal. This means you will try new tools, share feedback with the GTM Engineering team to level up the underlying brain of our systems and work with a best-in-class GTM org.

What you’ll do
  • Build Pipeline. Your most important job is to book meetings with our target accounts. You should do this with deep account research, high quality copy, and creative ideas to stand out. Outbound calling will be crucial.

  • Become an expert on all of Netic’s products and understand the competitive landscape

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to design and execute outbound campaigns

  • Prospect via phone, email, and social channels to connect with key decision-makers

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure all prospecting activities are well-documented

  • Hold the bar high for how you represent Netic. We are going after some of the largest, most important essential service businesses in the country. It’s critical that you hold a high bar of professionalism and quality in everything that you do

What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a selling or customer-facing role, ideally as an SDR

  • Familiarity using GTM software tools like Clay and Apollo to drive pipeline

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

  • Strong results orientation with a proven track record of exceeding activity and pipeline goals

  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching

What brings us together is our commitment to:

  • Live to build

  • Run through walls and win

  • Obsess over customers in each line of code

  • Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"

  • Show internal locus of control

  • Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship
