We’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to help shape how AI-native systems are built and used inside real enterprise operations.

This is not a traditional design role. You will work at the intersection of AI, data, and operations, designing new interfaces for a world where humans supervise, review, and guide AI agents that execute work end to end.

You’ll work closely with the founding team to define what product design looks like in an agentic future.

• Design interfaces for AI-driven operational workflows (forecasting, replenishment, pricing, exceptions).
• Rethink how humans interact with AI agents: review, approval, override, and supervision.
• Create text-rich and decision-focused experiences that help operators act with clarity.
• Design role-specific applications that work across web, mobile, and eventually voice.
• Help define Arkham’s core product and design systems from the ground up.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, ML teams, and Forward Deployed Engineers working with customers.

• You believe the product design role is changing—and you want to help define what’s next.
• You’ve followed the thinking of people like Ryo Lu and Karri Saarinen and formed your own point of view.
• You’ve seen how AI is reshaping engineering workflows and design collaboration.
