About 11x
What You'll Do
You'll Succeed If You Have
Preferred Qualifications
Most of what GTM teams do all day isn't selling. It's monotonous work like research, list-building, follow-ups, and data entry - things that should never have been a human job in the first place.
11x is building the AI platform for growth by automating the busywork so GTM teams can focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals.
Backed by $75M+ from a16z and Benchmark, headquartered in San Francisco, and trusted by leading teams at Checkr, Xerox, Rillet, and much more. We're hiring ambitious people who want to define how the next generation of companies accelerate growth.
The RoleYou'll lead the charge on helping create a category and shape how future GTM organizations are built. You'll develop positioning around AI orchestration, lead launches, have a consistent cadence of product releases, build sales enablement, and create competitive narratives that resonate with Sales VPs, RevOps leaders, and revenue teams.
This is an early PMM role at a Series B company with direct input into how we position the platform.
- Develop positioning around AI orchestration for GTM: how 11x coordinates research, outreach, follow-up, qualification, and data across workflows. Create distinct messaging across industries and personas - for enterprise sales orgs, mid-market teams consolidating toolsets, and RevOps leaders.
- Lead product launch GTM: develop launch narratives connecting new workflows to customer outcomes (busywork eliminated, pipeline accelerated, team focus on selling), own sales collateral and enablement.
- Build competitive narrative: position 11x against fragmented toolsets and point solutions. Create battle cards, one-sheets, and messaging frameworks for common objections (integration, data security, ROI, learning curve).
- Drive customer stories and case studies that show tangible impact on GTM metrics.
- Be the glue between product, CS, and sales.
- 3-5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS or AI company, with a track record of positioning that moves deals and owning launch execution
- Strong writing and communication; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for different buyer personas
- Structured thinking: you can take ambiguous positioning problems and create clarity around platform value vs. point solutions
- Genuine interest in AI and GTM orchestration; intellectual curiosity about buyer pain and GTM workflows
- Bias toward action and customer feedback over debate; you validate positioning with sales and customers early
- Ability to move fast in ambiguity and work effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing without getting stuck on process
- Experience marketing platform products or orchestration tools to enterprise buyers
- Familiarity with the GTM toolstack (CRM, sales automation, rev ops) and integration challenges
- GTM, sales, or RevOps background before PMM (gives credibility with practitioners)
- Experience positioning products in emerging categories or moving companies upmarket from point solutions to platforms
