Now, we’re seeking an outstanding Founding Recruiter to help scale our team and build the recruiting foundation that underpins our ambitious growth.

What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end recruiting—source, engage, and close world-class engineers, operators, and product leaders.
Partner closely with founders and executives to identify staffing needs and define hiring processes.
Design and refine our recruiting funnel, metrics, and candidate experience.
Represent FurtherAI’s vision and culture to prospective candidates and the broader talent market.
Build and nurture strong relationships within technical and entrepreneurial communities.
Help establish and document recruiting best practices, evaluation rubrics, and onboarding workflows as our first recruiting hire.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth startups or tech companies.
Experience hiring for technical (engineering, product) as well as operational roles.
You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and are passionate about scaling early-stage teams.
Proven ability to communicate effectively, represent company culture, and close top-tier talent.
Bonus: Background working with founders or on a founding hiring team; B2B SaaS recruiting experience.
