What You'll Do

  • Build our talent pipeline: Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, go-to-market, and operations roles as we scale from 15 to 50+ people.

  • Define our hiring process: Create and refine interview processes, scorecards, and candidate experiences that attract top-tier talent while maintaining our bar for excellence.

  • Source strategically: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies, building relationships with high-potential talent before we have open roles.

  • Partner with leadership: Work directly with founders and hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and make strategic hiring decisions.

  • Build our employer brand: Help tell Clipbook's story to candidates, showcasing our mission, culture, and growth trajectory to attract the best people in the market.

  • Establish recruiting infrastructure: Implement ATS systems, reporting dashboards, and recruiting best practices that will scale with the company.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven (3-5+ years) experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally at high-growth startups or top-tier agencies.

  • Track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (engineering, product) and go-to-market positions (sales, marketing, customer success).

  • Strong ability to sell candidates on vision and opportunity, not just compensation.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience.

  • Startup hustle and experience; we work a lot and want someone who is ready to go above and beyond.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
