Pocus exists to supercharge GTM teams. We make every rep a 10x seller. With Pocus, organizations can have fewer, better reps to drive increased pipeline and revenue.

How? We’ve created the world’s most powerful, AI-native prospecting platform.

Pocus has hundreds of always-on AI agents doing the manual, tedious work of researching & prospecting so that reps can do what they do best: sell. With Pocus AI agents working for them, rep’s days are simplified. Reps get alerts when compelling events happen, account plans are generated by AI, and agents recommend who to reach out to with the next best action.

The Pocus team is full of humble overachievers that like to move quickly (we call it shiperate), own our work, give customers superpowers, and create magic for our team… all while having a ton of fun. Join us on this next phase of growth!

Why work at Pocus?

  • Customers love Pocus - Asana, Miro, Canva, ClickUp and more trust us to run their GTM

  • Proven product ROI - we generate on average 500M in pipeline for customers every quarter (and it’s growing)

  • Great investors - backed by Coatue, First Round, GTMFund and top GTM operators

Why this role?

  • Not your typical SDR or growth function: Be at the forefront of data-driven and AI-powered prospecting. Use Pocus’ own product and complementary tools to run highly targeted prospecting campaigns.

  • Learn more in 1 week at Pocus than 1 year at another company: We do more with less — we’re able to ship what other teams with 10x of the resources do in 1/10th of the time. We consistently get feedback that our responsiveness and velocity set us apart as our customers’ favorite vendor.

  • Join an incredible team at a magical time: We’re at the beginning stages of explosive growth. Join a passionate, scrappy, and no-ego team of builders that will inspire you every day.

What you’ll do

North star - Book meetings that convert to high quality opportunities

You’ll be sourcing accounts and prospects, researching them and doing cold outreach across multiple channels, all to set up qualified meetings. This is a primarily outbound focused role. You’re expected to become a Pocus expert, using our own product to help you strategically prospect.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding your monthly goal for generating new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline

  • Becoming an expert in our product and using it daily to hit your prospecting goals

  • Prospecting and mapping out complex enterprise-level organizations through research within Pocus (and other tools)

  • Engage prospects through a variety of channels - LinkedIn connections, social selling, email, and cold calling

  • Write your own sequences or personalize existing sequences based on insights discovered through your research

  • Confidently handling objections via cold calls and emails

  • Using your creative skills to make inroads within target accounts - tap into network connections, try gifting campaigns, share your playbooks on social to attract our ICP

What you bring

  • You have 1+ years experience in an sales development, marketing, or growth role (direct outbound SDR experience preferred but not required)

  • You’re ultra competitive and have demonstrated grit and resilience

  • You can understand complex technology and explain it in a relatable way

  • You have energy, ambition, and passion, and want to be part of a growing and winning team

  • You are a self-starter and possess an innate sense of urgency

  • You have demonstrated the ability to work independently, hold yourself accountable for results, and to drive issues to closure
