Salary: $70k-$80k Base / $95k-$115k OTE + Equity

Job Description:
You will join as the first dedicated sales development hire, building the outbound engine for a high-growth platform providing secure code execution environments for AI agents. Working directly with GTM leadership, you will bridge the gap between complex cloud infrastructure and enterprise demand, writing the playbook for technical prospecting at scale.

What you will do:

  • Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with AI engineers and platform leaders, ensuring every technical lead is handled with deep product context.

  • Partner with Developer Relations and Product teams to translate open-source community engagement into a robust enterprise sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, possessing the fluency to discuss APIs, SDKs, and sandboxed environments.

  • Has 1-3 years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment, specifically in sales development, technical support, or solutions engineering.

  • Displays a founder mentality with the resilience and self-direction required to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.
