Cerrion – Y Combinator–backed AI Start-up

Cerrion is one of the fastest-growing industrial AI companies. While our hub is in Zurich, we operate as a fully US-registered company. After achieving strong product–market fit and seeing rapidly increasing global demand, we are now expanding our Go-to-Market organization in the United States following significant demand and adoption by our US customers.

Our AI-powered video agents monitor industrial production processes in real time, detect anomalies, and automatically trigger corrective actions. Our mission: maximize efficiency, ensure safety, and eliminate downtime in manufacturing environments.

We are doubling down on the US to accelerate America’s reindustrialization and are hiring our first Enterprise Account Executive in the US – someone who wants to shape Cerrion’s commercial presence from the ground up and help us build a category-defining industrial AI company.

What you'll do

As our first Enterprise Account Executive in the US, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Cerrion’s commercial footprint in North America:

  • Build, own, and scale your pipeline of target accounts across manufacturing and adjacent industrial verticals.

  • Develop six-figure deals and accounts into seven-figure, multi-site AI programs by driving strategic expansion across plants and business units.

  • Navigate complex buying cycles, engaging decision-makers and operators, and leading negotiations end-to-end.

  • Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies tailored to US industrial buyers.
Provide accurate forecasts, drive GTM alignment, and clearly communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.

  • Work closely with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, new KPIs, and value metrics.

  • Partner directly with Product & Engineering to represent customer needs and influence the product roadmap.

  • Evangelize our vision of AI-powered efficiency, safety, quality, and operational excellence across the industrial sector.

  • Work closely together with our CEO to scale our US GTM.

Who you are
  • Experiences in building and scaling Sales Teams is a great plus.

  • 3–7 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record in SaaS / Cloud / Enterprise Software within a recurring-revenue model.

  • Consistent history of achieving and exceeding quota in long, consultative, and complex sales cycles.

  • Experience selling into industrial / manufacturing, IIoT, automation, or related technical environments is highly valuable.

  • Experience selling AI/ML-driven solutions is a plus.

  • Proven ability to create pipeline independently (outbound/inbound), land new logos, and drive strategic expansion.

  • Comfortable selling technical products to both executive and operational stakeholders.

  • Highly motivated, ambitious, self-starter mindset with the drive to build something from zero.

  • Methodical, data-driven, and rigorous in forecasting and sales process execution.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership and limited structure.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to travel up to 70%.

What we offer
  • Equity package – own a meaningful share of the company through our Employee Stock Option Program.

  • Top-tier commission plan – exceed your targets and benefit directly.

  • High-impact role – shape our US GTM strategy and be directly responsible for driving Cerrion’s growth in our largest market.

  • Fast-growth environment – work directly with the founders and GTM leadership in one of the most exciting industrial AI startups.
