The FP&A Manager will lead a small team, perform core FP&A processes, and improve financial systems in a startup environment.

We transform the project lifecycle for our customers, who include key community stakeholders in the utilities, transportation and government sectors.
We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.
- + 5 years of experience in a start up, preferably in a project-oriented business
- Leadership: 1-2 years in leading a small team
- Proven solid understanding of FP&A core processes
- Self-starter with a curious and data-driven mindset, comfortable working across multiple systems, and motivated to drive change and improvements
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
- Hands-on capability: Ability to dive into details and work directly on tasks when necessary.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, budget systems and BI tools.
- Technical proficiency in Excel (Power Query, advanced formulas)
- Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent.
