  • Coordinate event logistics, vendors, supplies, timelines, and staffing support plans across Marketing/ Retail/ Social, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure broader brand priorities, product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments are thoughtfully integrated into community programming in an authentic way.

  • Identify opportunities to expand the reach and impact of community programming, using data, audience insights, and emerging trends to inform where and how we invest.
  • Continuously challenge the community strategy to make programming more engaging, inclusive, relevant, and impactful.
Ambassador Program

  • Track and analyze ambassador participation, engagement, performance, and program deliverables to understand impact and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Use program insights and community data to continuously refine the ambassador experience and strengthen the overall program strategy.
  • Identify emerging community leaders, creators, and advocates who can help expand our reach and deepen our connection within priority communities.
  • Partner with Social, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for ambassadors to authentically support larger brand initiatives, product moments, storytelling, and launches.
