About Tradeify Futures

Tradeify Futures is a professional-grade futures trading platform providing access to commodities, equity indices, currencies, and interest rate products. We equip traders with the execution tools, market data, and infrastructure they need to perform at the highest level — whether they are independent retail participants or institutional desks.

We are building a world-class team that combines deep market knowledge, analytical rigor, and a genuine passion for performance. If futures markets excite you, you will feel right at home here.

The Opportunity

Tradeify is looking for a Fraud Analyst to protect the integrity of our funded trading programs. You will own the day-to-day detection, investigation, and resolution of fraudulent and abusive trading behavior — from account takeovers and identity fraud to evaluation gaming, collusion, and payout abuse. This role is critical to the business: it directly protects the capital we allocate to traders and the trust that legitimate traders place in our platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on prop firm or funded-trading experience who wants to apply that domain knowledge to building and running a modern fraud program.

What You Will DoDetection & Investigation
  • Monitor accounts, evaluations, and payout requests for fraud typologies specific to funded trading, including multiple/duplicate account creation, evaluation-passing services, account handoffs, copy trading, cross-account hedging, and coordinated abuse rings

  • Investigate flagged accounts end-to-end: review trade history, device and session data, KYC/identity documentation, and payment information to reach a documented conclusion

  • Analyze transaction and trading patterns to proactively surface new or emerging fraud trends before they scale

  • Tune and calibrate fraud detection rules and thresholds, run small-scale tests, and document new typologies as they are identified

Process, Reporting & Collaboration
  • Partner with Risk, Payments, Customer Support, and Engineering to close gaps that enable repeat fraud and to implement system or policy improvements

  • Prepare clear, well-documented case files and escalate complex or high-dollar cases with a recommended course of action

  • Run post-incident reviews and maintain fraud typology and audit trail documentation

  • Communicate calmly and professionally with traders during disputes, account reviews, and payout holds

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, criminal justice, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Previous experience at a proprietary trading firm, funded trading platform, or futures/derivatives brokerage — you understand how evaluations, funded accounts, and payouts work

  • 1–3+ years of experience in fraud, risk, or trust & safety analysis, ideally within fintech, trading, or payments

  • Strong pattern recognition skills and comfort digging through large volumes of trade, account, and transaction data

  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL or similar tools for querying and analyzing data

  • Clear written communication and meticulous case documentation habits

  • Sound judgment and composure when handling sensitive disputes and high-stakes decisions

Nice to Have
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or similar certification

  • Familiarity with device intelligence, identity verification, or fraud case management tooling

  • Experience with futures, forex, or CFD trading products specifically

  • Exposure to chargeback / payment dispute handling in a fintech environment

Why Join Tradeify Futures
  • Join a professional-grade futures trading firm at a pivotal stage of growth

  • Work with and learn from experienced traders across multiple asset classes

  • High-performance culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and results

  • Access to premium market data tools, exchange infrastructure, and industry resources

  • Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits

  • Direct influence over the fraud program at a growing platform — your investigations and rule changes have immediate, measurable impact

A Note on Our Hiring Process

At Tradeify Futures, we use AI-assisted tools as part of our recruiting process, which may include resume screening, application review, and candidate communication. We want all applicants to be aware of this upfront so you can make an informed decision about applying. Final hiring decisions are always made by a member of our team.
