About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance CRM & Email Marketing Specialist — Klaviyo to support our marketing team in building, managing and optimizing CRM campaigns and automated flows across multiple brands and markets.
This is a freelance role for approximately 20 hours per week.
The position is ideal for someone hands-on, fast, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, update and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.

  • Support email content creation, including layout, subject lines, preview text, CTAs and basic copy.

  • Contribute to customer journey development, including welcome flows, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback and reactivation flows.

  • Assist with segmentation, targeting and personalization.

  • Support CRM performance improvement through A/B testing and campaign optimization.

  • Coordinate with marketing, design and performance teams.

  • Support with Figma or Canva assets when needed.

  • Support or contribute to push notification campaigns.

  • Potentially contribute to SMS and WhatsApp campaigns in the future.

  • Adapt campaigns to different brands, countries and customer segments.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience with Klaviyo and CRM/email marketing.

  • Good understanding of automated flows, segmentation and customer journeys.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email creation.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.

  • Autonomous, reliable and comfortable working as a freelancer.

  • Fast execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Good communication skills, especially with marketing and design teams.

  • Experience with Figma, Canva or AI tools is a plus.

  • Experience with SMS, WhatsApp and push notification campaigns is a strong plus.

  • Experience in e-commerce, B2B or multi-market environments is a strong plus.

Languages

We are especially looking for candidates fluent in at least one of the following languages:

  • French

  • German

  • Italian

  • English is required for internal communication.
