This role is critical in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant submission of SEC-regulated filings and corporate reports.

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage production workflows, coordinate internal teams, and oversee technical processes such as EDGAR submissions and Workiva integration. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in advertising, publishing, financial printing, or regulatory communications, who have a strong interest in the U.S. capital markets and corporate disclosure.

Key Responsibilities
Project and Client Management

  • Serve as the key liaison with clients, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.

  • Coordinate internal teams across design, advisory, editorial, and production to ensure seamless execution.

Technical Oversight and Compliance
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory reports (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, ESG) in accordance with SEC guidelines and EDGAR filing requirements.

  • Utilize platforms such as Workiva for collaborative document authoring, version control, and XBRL tagging.

  • Ensure all workflows adhere to internal quality protocols and client-specific brand requirements.

Design and Content Integration
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure accurate visual representation and brand alignment.

  • Review layouts and materials for consistency, precision, and visual clarity in financial communication.

Crisis Management and Quality Assurance
  • Identify potential risks to delivery and develop mitigation plans in real time.

  • Lead issue resolution and escalate matters as necessary to maintain delivery standards.

  • Perform comprehensive quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet compliance and editorial accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Project Management, English, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a client-facing role.

  • Experience in advertising, publishing, or financial printing is preferred.

  • Prior experience with SEC reporting, particularly using Workiva and EDGAR, is strongly preferred.

Technical Proficiency
  • Strong command of Workiva and EDGAR submission tools.

  • Understanding of financial publishing processes and regulatory reporting standards.

  • Familiarity with document layout, print production, and digital collaboration tools.

Core Competencies
  • Effective communication and client relationship management.

  • Strategic project planning and execution under tight deadlines.

  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in high-pressure environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage shifting priorities and timelines with professionalism.

  • Team collaboration and alignment across multiple departments.

Work Conditions
  • Hybrid position with work hours aligned to U.S.-based clients and deadlines.

  • Fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven team environment.

  • Opportunity to work with a diverse and talented global team on high-impact corporate projects.
