Are you a skilled Publication Strategist/Planner with experience in the pharmaceutical industry? Hot Iron Health is seeking a Freelance Publication Strategist/Planner to join our team. As a strategist/planner, you will play a key role in developing and executing publication plans for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic publication plans aligned with product development milestones and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key publication opportunities and priorities.
  • Manage the publication process from inception to delivery, including manuscript development, submission, and publication tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations, such as Good Publication Practice (GPP) and International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize publication strategies and maximize the impact of scientific communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Publication Strategist/Planner in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of publication planning processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant guidelines and regulations, such as GPP and ICMJE.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
