As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving student enrollment and establishing partnerships with international education agencies. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment and are excited about the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on their sales achievements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with international education agencies to increase the recruitment of students for study abroad programs.
Collaborate closely with agency partners to ensure alignment with Univacity's goals and standards - Student Recruitment: Actively engage with prospective students to understand their academic aspirations and guide them through the application process. Conduct informational sessions and presentations to educate students about Univacity's study abroad programs.
- Institutional Collaboration: Foster relationships with foreign educational institutions to expand program offerings and ensure a diverse range of study options. Work closely with partner institutions to streamline application processes and enhance the overall student experience.
- Sales Performance: Set and achieve sales targets for student enrollments and agency partnerships. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of trends in international education, visa regulations, and other factors affecting the study abroad landscape. Provide feedback to the management team to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or study abroad industry.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with international education systems and study abroad processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- BSC/HND equivalent
