What You’ll Do / Responsibilities
  • Build and manage project timelines, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively flag risks or blockers.
  • Run status meetings and share clear recaps, action items, and progress updates.
  • Coordinate resourcing needs with internal teams to keep work properly staffed.
  • Set up creative briefs, reviews, and client checkpoints, ensuring everyone is aligned on deliverables and next steps.
  • Schedule and manage internal and external meetings, especially during production phases.
  • Communicate clearly on timing, scope, direction, and budget updates across clients, internal teams, and partners.
  • Build strong client relationships grounded in organization, trust, and understanding of their business needs.
  • Offer strategic input and insights as projects evolve.
  • Support creative and production workflow—from gathering requirements to trafficking final assets.
  • Reinforce team processes, document next steps, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure all client-facing documents and presentations meet agency standards.
  • Assist with budget tracking, documentation, staff plans, and scope reconciliation.
  • Maintain organized project files and help foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
What You Bring / Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, program management, or account operations—ideally at a creative, digital, or experiential agency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational abilities; comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
  • Resilience, diplomacy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across creative, strategy, and production teams, and with external partners.
  • A proactive, detail-driven approach and genuine passion for great work, culture, and collaboration.
