Job Summary

We are hiring a French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) with recent experience in logistics or supply chain environments. This is a remote sales job focused on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline building across French-speaking markets.

You’ll play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
  • Target logistics, freight, and supply chain companies in French-speaking regions
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on client criteria
  • Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demos
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)

Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in outbound sales
  • Recent experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain industries (highly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Excellent communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
