We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support customers, visitors, and internal teams with day-to-day questions and requests. Working remotely, you will help coordinate incoming calls and inquiries, manage information, and make sure requests are directed to the right team.
WHAT YOU WILL DORespond to incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries
Provide basic information and assistance to customers and visitors
Direct requests to the appropriate team or location
Schedule appointments and coordinate requests when needed
Maintain accurate records and contact information
Follow up on outstanding requests
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Previous front desk, customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience
Strong communication and organization skills
Friendly and professional approach
Comfortable handling calls, messages, and multiple requests
Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
Reception or front desk experience
Experience with scheduling or appointment systems
Food service, hospitality, retail, or care industry experience
Bilingual English/Spanish skills
$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
