We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to support customers, visitors, and internal teams with day-to-day questions and requests. Working remotely, you will help coordinate incoming calls and inquiries, manage information, and make sure requests are directed to the right team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Respond to incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries

  • Provide basic information and assistance to customers and visitors

  • Direct requests to the appropriate team or location

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate requests when needed

  • Maintain accurate records and contact information

  • Follow up on outstanding requests

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous front desk, customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Friendly and professional approach

  • Comfortable handling calls, messages, and multiple requests

  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

NICE TO HAVE
  • Reception or front desk experience

  • Experience with scheduling or appointment systems

  • Food service, hospitality, retail, or care industry experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills

COMPENSATION

$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
