We are looking to hire a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for DNAM Brands.
 
In this role, you will support the daily operations of our office and portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka—ensuring a productive, organized, and fast-paced work environment. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while providing administrative support across the organization. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, coordinating schedules, handling communications, supporting office logistics, and maintaining an organized and professional work environment.
 
 
 
 
 

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming emails and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Support daily office operations, amdinistrative tasks, andrecordkeeping
  • Maintain office supplies and coordination vendor or facility requests
  • Assist leadership with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and administrative support
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with office security procedures 
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail.
  • Experience operating standard office equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensetive information
  • This position is based on-site,  and candidates must be able to commute to office daily
