Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist – Full-Time

Location: Orange County & Inland Area
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

We're looking for a friendly, bilingual Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records.
• Process payments and verify patient information.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Support office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service or front office experience required; dental or orthodontic experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations as needed.

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
