The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn't clear.
In this role within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop customer-centric solutions. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Developing targeted marketing campaigns by interpreting customer behavior and optimizing marketing efforts
- Offering guidance and support to clients in improving customer engagement and increasing revenue growth
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and inspire team members
- Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to enhance customer relationship management and engagement strategies
- Conducting campaign performance analysis to identify business opportunities and inform marketing strategies
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with client objectives
- Embracing change and adapting strategies to meet evolving business contexts and client needs
- Upholding professional and technical standards while delivering quality solutions to clients
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in CRM Software and Customer Relationship Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking for marketing campaign development
- Excelling in brand marketing and promotional strategy
- Leveraging digital marketing skills for customer engagement
- Developing marketing strategies that drive business transformation

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
