The Opportunity
As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Marketing & Commercial Strategy Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.
In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting team, focusing on enhancing client experiences and driving business growth. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. You will apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validate outcomes with clients, and share alternative perspectives. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth
- Guiding teams in crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client marketing initiatives
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to refine strategies
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus on objectives
- Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
- Utilizing CRM software and digital marketing tools to enhance customer relationship management and marketing operations
- Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to support client growth and transformation efforts
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science
- Demonstrating advanced skills in marketing strategy and operations
- Excelling in customer engagement and relationship management

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
