As a founding engineer, you won’t just be writing code, you’ll be shaping the playbook for the future of work alongside a small, relentless team pushing the edge of what’s possible with AI.

About the role
Build and evolve our automation builder, enabling users to create sophisticated multi-agent workflows with ease
Leverage AI to deliver smart suggestions for improving prompts and testing agent performance
Develop features that let users supervise automations, jump in to assist, and teach agents through hands-on feedback
Collaborate closely with product and design to shape the roadmap and bring bold ideas to life on the frontier of agentic AI
About you
Have 2+ years of software engineering experience, mostly in TypeScript and React
Have a strong bias towards action, a willingness to do whatever it takes, and embody show > tell
Have a strong sense of agency, effectively prioritizing and unblocking yourself without much outside input.
Value taking ownership and responsibility for your projects and systems.
Studied Computer Science (or related field), or dropped out to build stuff
Located in SF or willing to relocate
