Currently, Aida has a team of 20 and is seeking an exceptional frontend or frontend-leaning full stack engineer to become a key member of our early extended founding team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years, ideally 4+ years, of experience developing user-facing products using React

  • Deep expertise in React, Typescript, and NextJS

  • Familiarity with TailwindCSS and Tanstack/React Query is a plus

  • Ability to design and architect frontend features from scratch

  • Extensive experience creating standalone UI component libraries

  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms

  • Excellent system design skills

  • Enthusiasm for solving challenging technical problems with innovative solutions

  • Experience at early-stage growth startups is a plus

  • Comfortable taking on full stack responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field from a top university
