The summary above was generated by AI

The future of defense will be decided by those who field intelligent machines at scale. At Scout, we’re developing Fury, the first robotic foundation model for defense, to give U.S. forces overwhelming, adaptable, and autonomous power across every domain. Fury enables human operators to command fleets of robots through natural language, and empowers those machines to sense, decide, and act together as one. It’s not just a leap in autonomy, it’s a force multiplier built for real-world conflict. This mission will ask everything of us: urgency, precision, and relentless work.

  • Represent Scout at technical events, conferences, and university engagements to strengthen brand awareness and talent attraction
  • Collaborate with Business Operations on offer strategy, leveling expectations, and compensation alignment

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in full desk recruiting with a track record of closing top tier talent and partnering with hiring managers and technical leaders to shape hiring requirements and manage pipelines
  • Experience hiring in one or more of the following domains: robotics, AI, embedded systems, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or defense
  • Strong understanding of technical skill sets across both software and hardware development
  • Proven ability to source for highly specialized profiles in technical fields
  • Ability to manage multiple high volume pipelines while maintaining exceptional candidate communication
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a fast moving environment
