Help Build the Future of Healthcare AI

Hi! We’re Infinitus — the first trusted voice AI platform transforming healthcare.

Built by ex-Googlers, startup veterans, and industry pros, our AI boosts productivity, slashes admin burden, and creates new ways to support patients with chronic conditions. We scale connections between patients, payors, and providers — empowering care teams and improving health outcomes.

The Mission

At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. Using multimodal AI, human-in-the-loop systems, and a rich knowledge graph, we’ve automated over 5 million calls—saving millions of hours for patients and providers.

Backed by top investors like Kleiner Perkins, Google Ventures, and a16z, we’re a team that loves to challenge the status quo and move fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare.

Your Role

We’re looking for an Early career Fullstack Engineer to join our team and help us build and scale the core of our digital health products. As our system grows to support more customers, expand the capabilities of Eva (our digital health assistant), and automate key processes in healthcare, we need engineers who are excited to learn, grow, and make an impact.

This is a role where you’ll be hands-on with web applications, collaborate across teams, and develop the skills to become a strong, well-rounded engineer. If you’re curious about AI, NLP, and healthcare at scale, this is a great place to deepen your expertise while contributing to meaningful products.

Your Impact
  • Build and maintain frontend/backend services that power our healthcare products.

  • Help design and develop scalable APIs and integrations.

  • Collaborate with data science and infrastructure engineers on end-to-end solutions.

  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers.

  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and roadmap planning.

  • Gain experience in performance optimization, reliability improvements, and scaling systems.

  • Work with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)

  • Work with product managers and designers to understand user needs and deliver real customer value.

  • Learn best practices in frontend/backend engineering and grow into increasing ownership over time.

Your Skillset
  • 1–3 years of fullstack development experience, with demonstrated learning and growth.

  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java, C++ or similar).

  • Proficiency in at least one frontend language (Typescript, Javascript, React or similar).

  • Basic knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and API design.

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar).

  • Curiosity about AI/ML concepts and healthcare applications (no prior expertise required).

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • A growth mindset: open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to take on new challenges.

  • Alignment with our values: Customer Obsessed, Optimistic, Disagree + Commit, Engage Employees, See–Say–Do.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Competitive salary, equity, and 401(k)

  • Wellness stipend & great benefits (medical, dental, vision)

  • Generous PTO & parental leave

  • Bi-annual offsites & a collaborative, mission-driven culture

  • Hybrid work (SF office Mon/Tues/Thurs) + catered lunches (Bay Area Positions only)

*Please Note: the above benefits are for salaried employees
